Camp GOTR

Camp GOTR provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity for girls of all abilities to develop self-confidence and learn life skills in a fun, collaborative environment. Girls build friendships through interactive games, enjoy physical activities, and express creativity through arts and crafts and storytelling. Led by caring and qualified Girls on the Run coaches, Camp GOTR combines the best of the Girls on the Run program with all the fun of camp.

What is Camp GOTR?
Girls in 3rd – 5th grade spend a week building friendships, exploring their creativity and playing fun games that keep them moving.

Why Camp GOTR?
Caring and qualified Girls on the Run coaches lead structured and fun lessons. Girls build confidence and unleash creativity in a safe and inclusive environment.

Overview-CAMP

Overview

Our Summer Camp GOTR season will OPEN the week of July 15th, we will have 4 Camps, one in each of our 4 counties.

Locations and Times:
- (Completed!) St. Joseph County: July 15th to July 19th, at White Pigeon Central Elementary from 9:00am to Noon.
- (New Date/Time) Van Buren County: July 29nd to August 2nd, at Lawrence Elementary from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
- Berrien County: July 29th to August 2nd, at St. Joe Howard Ice Arena from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
- (New Date) Cass County: August 12th to August 16th, at Cass District Library from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

Our Berrien, Van Buren and St Joseph Camps will be run in partnership with Boys and Girls Club of Greater Southwest Michigan. Our Cass county site will be run in partnership with Cass Distric Library.

*Can't participate this year, let us know you are interested, and where you would love to see a Camp GOTR program held in the future.

Financial Aid

We are excited to announce that with the help of a foundation that chooses to remain anonymous we will be able to offer full scholarships to all 100 girls for this Summer Season of Camp GOTR.

There is not a separate scholarship process for your girl's registration for Camp GOTR 2024.

We would, however, welcome much needed donations to our other programs.

CAMP GOTR REGISTRATION

As mentioned earlier, we are excited to announce that with the help of a private donor we will be able to offer full scholarships to 100 girls for this Summer Season of Camp GOTR.

Each of the 4 Camp GOTR's is limited to 25 girls. With a firm cap on the number of girls we can accept into Camp GOTR this season, please be mindful that we may have a waitlist for your preferred site.
